A leading private hospital group in Perth is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its expanding surgical and medical wards. Rotating shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights with penalty rates, structured graduate-to-senior transition programs and clear pathways into critical care, perioperative and clinical education specialities.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centred nursing care across surgical and medical wards
- Administer medications and IV therapy in line with hospital policy and NSQHS standards
- Complete comprehensive assessments, care plans and clinical handovers
- Support and mentor graduate nurses and student placements
- Escalate deteriorating patients using ISBAR and rapid response processes
Requirements
- Current AHPRA (NMBA) registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years acute hospital experience
- Current BLS certification (ALS highly regarded)
- National Police Check and immunisation compliance
- Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 roster
