Senior Physiotherapist
Job overview
Join a leading multidisciplinary clinic in inner Melbourne where senior physiotherapists lead complex musculoskeletal, post-surgical and chronic pain caseloads. You will work alongside exercise physiologists, osteopaths and occupational therapists in a purpose-built rehabilitation space, mentoring junior clinicians and shaping evidence-based treatment pathways for a loyal, referral-driven patient base.
Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based assessments and treatment plans for complex musculoskeletal and post-operative clients
- Mentor and supervise a team of early-career physiotherapists through structured case reviews
- Collaborate with GPs, surgeons and allied health peers to coordinate return-to-work and return-to-sport programs
- Contribute to clinical governance, outcome measurement and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with AHPRA and Medicare requirements
Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Demonstrated experience with post-surgical rehabilitation and complex MSK caseloads
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Valid Australian working rights and National Police Check
